Due to the instant digital download nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
If you experience a technical issue with your file — such as a corrupted download or missing format — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at curtsyembroidery@gmail.com and we will be happy to resolve it.
We want you to be completely happy with your Curtsy Embroidery purchase! If you have any questions about a design before buying, please don’t hesitate to reach out before completing your purchase.
